New Allies, Shared Ground: Techvify &TechValley Sign MOU to Connect Vietnam and Korea
On June 5th, 2026, Techvify welcomed Patrick Kim, CEO of TechValley, to our office at HUD Tower for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between our two companies. The ceremony marked the start of a partnership that links engineering depth in Vietnam with strong market relationships in Korea, and it set the tone for an ambitious road ahead.
Two Companies, Complementary Strengths
Each company brings strengths the other can build on. TechValley has spent years building cloud, infrastructure, and consulting services for Korean enterprises operating in Vietnam, backed by a deep network across the Korea market. Techvify contributes software development and AI-Augmented Engineering, carrying projects from early proof of concept through to production-ready AI agents. Together, the two companies cover the full path from infrastructure to intelligent software.
Starting with CAIRO
The first chapter of the partnership has a name. CAIRO, a joint initiative spanning Cloud, AI, IoT, and Robotics, gives both teams a clear frame to begin working together, from early proofs of concept to the design of AI agents. It is the opening project of a relationship we expect to grow well beyond it, with room for new initiatives to follow as the collaboration deepens.
What It Means for Partners

For clients, the value is practical. Korean enterprises looking to scale in Vietnam and across Southeast Asia gain a delivery model that pairs local engineering depth with familiar, Korean-speaking partnership. Vietnamese and regional projects gain a route into the Korea market. The partnership is designed to lift project success rates, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver measurable outcomes on both sides.
The Road Ahead
We are honored to have welcomed Patrick Kim to mark this milestone with us, and grateful for the trust that brought our companies together. The MOU is a first step, and the work that follows is where it will prove its worth. This is only the beginning, and we are excited for what comes next.
