A Proven Operator for a Bigger Chapter: Le Hai Joins Techvify as Chief Operating Officer

Techvify is entering the strongest growth phase in its history, and we are doing it with an operator who has already built and run technology businesses at the scale we are now reaching for. Today we are glad to welcome Le Hai (Henrik) as our Chief Operating Officer.

In this role, Le Hai will lead our operations and turn the vision of becoming a leading AI-Powered Enterprise Engineering Partner into an operating model we can run for clients across every market we serve, rather than a position we simply state.

A Leader Who Has Built at Global Scale

Le Hai is one of the most seasoned operators in Vietnam's enterprise technology services industry, with 23 years across large-scale enterprise technology services. He joins us from FPT Europe, where he served as CEO.

An engineer by training, Mr. Hai holds international certifications from Sun and Microsoft, the PMP credential, and an MBA in management. That foundation took him onto the global stage early, with study and work across leading technology hubs in the UK, the US, and Singapore.

From there he spent a decade building and leading the German and wider European markets as CEO of FPT Europe, running alongside deep delivery experience at FPT Software. It is the kind of hands-on grounding that shaped a leadership style the industry knows him for: calm, disciplined, and operationally deep.

Europe is where his operational capability left its clearest mark. Under his leadership, FPT Europe expanded across new branches in the UK, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Romania, won many of the region's leading enterprise clients, and became one of the group's most solid pillars and fastest-growing regions.

Why Now: Techvify's Strongest Growth Phase Yet

Le Hai's appointment lands at a deliberate moment. Built over more than a decade, Techvify today runs three major offices in Vietnam, two in Japan, and most recently two new offices in Singapore and Korea, with more than 300 enterprise partners across Asia, Europe, Australia, and North America. We have set 2026 as our breakthrough year, a turning point in the journey toward internationalization.

Behind that momentum sits a clear long-term vision: to become a leading AI-Powered Enterprise Engineering Partner in the AI era. Our AI POD system has lifted engineering productivity by up to 30% for enterprise clients, while teams working alongside AI Agents reach twice the output of traditional models. What Le Hai Will Own

As COO, Le Hai takes direct responsibility for Techvify's entire operating system. That runs from leading the AI POD solution specialist teams and driving business development across the Global and Japan markets, to building a high-precision delivery engine that keeps clients satisfied.

He will keep expanding our growth into the US, Europe, Korea, Japan, and Singapore, markets he has spent more than two decades building and operating in directly. The experience he drew on to grow markets and deliver for large organizations at FPT is the same material he will use to run operations at global enterprise standard here.

A Wider Shift in How the Industry Works

Bringing a leader of this background onto the team is also a signal about where the industry is heading. Traditional IT Outsourcing and Offshore Development Center models, long built on cost and headcount, are adapting to a new reality. Enterprise clients are no longer buying labor. They are looking for partners who commit to measurable outcomes, operate with enterprise-grade governance and security, and deliver quickly at scale.
