Four Leaders in One Day: Techvify Strengthens Its Executive Team for 2026
On June 16th, Techvify held an Executive Leadership Appointment ceremony to welcome four new senior leaders into the company. Most organizations introduce a new executive one at a time. We chose to bring four on board together, in a single room, on a single morning.
That choice was deliberate. Each appointment fills a role that shapes how Techvify operates, grows, and shows up for clients in the markets that matter most to us. Together, they signal where the company is heading and how seriously we intend to get there.
Why Four, and Why Now
The timing reflects where Techvify stands today. Built over more than a decade, the company now runs three offices in Vietnam, two in Japan, and new offices in Singapore and Korea, serving more than 300 enterprise partners across Asia, Europe, Australia, and North America.
Behind that footprint sits a clear long-term goal: to be a leading AI-Powered Enterprise Engineering Partner in the AI era. Our AI POD model has already lifted engineering productivity by up to 30% for enterprise clients, and teams working alongside AI Agents reach roughly twice the output of traditional models.
We have set 2026 as our breakthrough year. Growth at that pace and ambition at that level need senior leaders who have done it before. These four appointments are how we make sure the leadership matches the goal.
Henrik Le, Chief Operating Officer
Henrik Le (Le Hai) joins as Chief Operating Officer with 23 years across large-scale enterprise technology services. He comes to Techvify from FPT Europe, where he served as CEO.
An engineer by training, Henrik holds international certifications from Sun and Microsoft, the PMP credential, and an MBA in management, with study and work across the UK, the US, and Singapore. During his decade leading FPT Europe, he expanded the business across the UK, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Romania, winning many of the region's leading enterprise clients and growing it into one of the group's most solid pillars.
As COO, Henrik takes direct responsibility for Techvify's operating system. That runs from leading the AI POD solution specialist teams and driving business development across the Global and Japan markets, to building a high-precision delivery engine that keeps clients satisfied. His focus is markets he has spent two decades operating in directly: the US, Europe, Korea, Japan, and Singapore.
Erik Nguyen, Country Director, Korea

Erik Nguyen (Nguyen Giang) becomes Techvify's first Country Director for Korea, leading our newest market on the ground. He brings nearly two decades of technology and engineering leadership, much of it spent working directly alongside Korean enterprises.
Erik has a proven record of building and scaling enterprise business in Korea, establishing local operations and the long-term relationships that take years to earn. He has also led cross-border delivery and complex enterprise programs, and he is trilingual across Korean, Vietnamese, and English. That combination lets him move comfortably between global engineering rigor and Korean business culture, so partners get international delivery standards without losing local understanding.
His near-term focus is twofold: build a strong local organization Korean enterprises can rely on, and integrate Korean business culture into how the team works while holding firm to Techvify's core identity.
Harry Vo, Vice President of Global Marketing

Harry Vo (Thinh Vo) joins as Vice President of Global Marketing with more than a decade building B2B enterprise brands in technology and logistics. His approach is disciplined and results-first: every campaign is built to drive measurable commercial outcomes, not just brand metrics.
As former Regional Head of Marketing at Anchanto, recognized as one of APAC's fastest-growing companies, Harry kept the Vietnam market consistently ahead of plan. In 2025 his team hit 131% of marketing targets and 118% of sales targets, driven by tight alignment across the full funnel. Earlier, at Smartlog, he built the marketing engine from the ground up.
At Techvify, Harry is responsible for making the company's global brand consistent, credible, and compelling across every market we serve, so enterprise buyers understand exactly what our outcomes mean for their business.
Emi Vuong, Delivery Leader

Emi Vuong joins Techvify as Delivery Leader, stepping into one of the roles that clients feel most directly. Delivery is where commitments become real, and it sits at the center of our promise to operate at global enterprise standards.
In this role, Emi will help keep delivery precise, dependable, and closely aligned with client outcomes, supporting the high-precision delivery engine that defines how Techvify works.
What These Appointments Say About Where the Industry Is Going
Bringing four leaders of this caliber on board at once is also a statement about the market. Traditional IT outsourcing and offshore development models, long built on cost and headcount, are giving way to something different. Enterprise clients are no longer buying labor. They want partners who commit to measurable outcomes, operate with enterprise-grade governance and security, and deliver quickly at scale.
That is the standard Techvify is working toward, and it is why we have invested in operational depth, market leadership, brand credibility, and delivery rigor all at the same time. The four appointments are not four separate moves. They are one coordinated step toward the same goal.
Welcome to the Team
Please join us in welcoming Henrik, Erik, Harry, and Emi to the Techvify family. With this team in place, we step into 2026 with the leadership to match our ambition and a clear path from vision to delivery for every client we serve.
